Requirements
The following requirements and standards must be met in order to qualify to rent a residential property from Parkway Realty:
- There is a $65 non refundable application fee required for each applicant 18 years of age and older who would reside in the property.
- Each applicant must also submit a valid picture ID & their 2 most recent recent paychecks stubs
- Applicants must have positive, verifiable rental history for a minimum of 1 year
- Stable, verifiable employment history for a minimum of 1 year
- Gross monthly income must be a minimum of 3x the monthly rent
- If a co-signer is required, co-signer must also submit an application, provide the same documentation as the primary signer, and meet the same requirements except the co-signer must gross at least 5x the monthly rent and have excellent credit history, as well own property within the State of Alabama.
Restrictions
We cannot lease a property to you if:
- You have any felonies within the last 10 years or any other convictions within the last 7 years
- You are in an open Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy that has not been discharged
- You owe any outstanding balance or debt (for rent and/or damages) to a current or previous landlord
