Our Services
- Perform a targeted and competitive market analysis of rental values to establish strategic prices for each property
- Advise owners of any improvements needed to prepare their property for rent
- Strategically market the property using a variety of targeted online and offline advertising tools
- Find and screen qualified tenants via credit, criminal history, employment, income, and prior rental history checks
- Provide analysis of all rental applications and make professional recommendation on which applicants to select, while reserving the final decision for the owner (in abidance with Fair Housing Laws)
- Prepare and execute lease agreements
- Collect monthly rental payments
- Collect and hold (in escrow) security deposits
- Disburse monthly rent to the owners
- Provide owners with monthly account statements
- Provide year-end statements and 1099’s (our services are fully tax-deductible)
- Provide experienced vendors to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs as well as 24/7 emergency service
- Perform move-in and move-out inspections
- Perform annual inspections
- Post warnings or eviction notices if a tenant is late paying rent or violates the lease agreement
- Procure legal services for eviction if necessary
